The issue of water awareness has become more acute in recent years and therefore managing water and natural resources has become an important issue. In an extensive cooperation with SOGREAH Consultants, a leading French company specializing in water engineering, we have successfully tendered for some of the largest sewage and waste water projects on the island. Current projects include the Design and Supervision of the Greater Nicosia Sewerage System and that of the Paphos Sewerage Phase B. |

The Limassol Marina is currently the largest tourist development on the island.Our strong team of local architects and engineers working in close collaboration with the Atelier of Master Planner Xavier Bohl are in the process of completing the designs for this impressive project, which will reflect the warmth and hospitality of the Mediterranean culture and without a doubt enhance tourism to Cyprus. The design for the marine works is undertaken by our joint venture partners Sogreah Cyprus, while the BOT construction work is the responsibility of the ‘Limassol Marina’ joint venture, made up of the companies Cybarco, J&P, J&P Avax, Francoudi & Stephanou and Athena S.A. |

Our company was selected to design and supervise the implementation of the Duty Free Shops at the Larnaca International Airport and the Paphos International Airport. The new Larnaca airport, was completed in November 2009 and can now handle an influx of 7.3 million passengers. |

The awarding of ‘Article 17’ to our company includes the supervision and designs of pavements and resurfacing of roads with the Nicosia municipal boundaries. Our company has also undertaken the Project Management for the Redesign and Redevelopment of Eleftheria Square for the designs prepared by the famous architect Zaha Hadid. Work includes an underground car park under Omirou Street and the relocation and creation of a modern, central bus terminal on Solomou Square. |

Inadequate environmental planning results in the disruption of social harmony and natural resources. Our company has undertaken several Environmental Impact Assessment Studies (EIA) including that of the first desalination project on the island. Other studies include EIA studies for the upgrading of the Nicosia-Limassol highway and EIA studies for the construction of roads between Limassol harbour and the Limassol-Paphos highway. |
