Selected New Work

New Larnaca International Airport

After our successful design and supervision of the duty free shops at the newly renovated Paphos Airport, our Company was once again selected to design and supervise the completion of the duty free shops at the new Larnaca International Airport.

Our responsibility will include the preparation of  construction drawings and on site supervision of works. The cost of the works is estimated at 15 million euro and the project will be completed by the beginning of November 2009.

Awarding of Contract "Article 17"

The photo depicts the awarding and the signing of the Contract 'Article 17' between the Mayor of Nicosia Ms Eleni Mavrou and the CEO of the company  Mr Saverios Vrahimis. The contract covers the supervision and  construction  and/or  resurfacing of 32 km of pavements in Nicosia. Cost of the project is 32million euros.

Redesign, Redeveloping and Landscaping of Eleftheria Square

In September 2009 our company signed a Contract with the Municipality of Nicosia to assume the job of Project Manger for the implementation of drawings prepared by the famous architect Zaha Hadid for the Redesigning, Redeveloping and Landscaping of Eleftheria Square.

As Project Manager of the works, we will oversee the changes to Solomou Square (which will become a modern central bus station), the creation of the Omirou underground car park and the redesign of Eleftheria Square.
