We are very proud to mention our most recent success which is the awarding of a 5 Star Recognition for mixed development for “Best Architecture 2010” awarded by the European Commercial Property Awards, for our architectural design of the Limassol Marina – one of the largest tourist development project on the Island.
Our company together with the leading French water engineering firm Artelia International (formerly Sogreah), Master Planner Xavier Bohl, and a very strong consortium made up of Cybarco Ltd, J&P Avax S.A., J&P Ltd, Francoudi & Stephanou Ltd, Athena S.A, CADS Holdings Ltd and the Limassol Marina Development Com. Ltd successful bid and won the tender to construct the first marina of Cyprus, the Limassol Marina.
This project envisages an environmentally friendly, world class marina, with a wide range of services and attractions unsurpassed anywhere in Cyprus. These will include uninterrupted sea view for 187 superior quality residential apartments, 86 luxury waterside villas with private pools, 25 luxury-brand shops and 25 restaurants. The development will also have lifestyle attributes such as 2 green areas to be used as recreation centers, clubs, sports centers, entertainment areas, bicycle and walking paths. A historic listed building will be refurbished to house a Marine School, while another part (1500m2) will be turned into an impressive Cultural Center.
A dry dock and workshop for light repairs has also been designed to cater for the 1000 berths which will be available for small and larger yachts. The whole operation will be managed and operated by one of the most qualified and experienced operators- Camper & Nicholson.
Our strong team of local architects and engineers working in close collaboration with the Atelier of Xavier Bohl in Port Grimaud are currently completing the architectural designs for this project, which will reflect the warmth and hospitality of the Mediterranean culture and without a doubt, enhance tourism to Cyprus.
